Notable Changes From The Previous Year
The 2023 lineup adds a standard multimedia and connectivity system: the Lexus Interface. This system allows drivers to control features like communication, media, and navigation features via voice command. The RX 350h is the new hybrid trim coming to replace the RX 450h in the previous lineup.

Performance Specs
The basic model has a combined fuel efficiency of 9.9L/100km, with 11.2L/100km in the city and 8.4L/100km on highways. The hybrid engine is more fuel-efficient, with a combined consumption of 6.5L/100km, 6.3L/100km in the city, and 6.8L/100km on highways. The gas engine delivers 275 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. In contrast, the hybrid option has 246 horsepower. Both models have the same towing capacity, up to 3,494 pounds.
Design Elements
Both models have a NuLuxe seat design, with heated and ventilated front seats. You can upgrade your seatings to smooth leather seats and heated rear seats by buying an extra package. Other standard features for gas and hybrid models include a rear privacy glass, acoustic glasses around the vehicle, a rear window defogger, and a tri-zone independent automatic climate control system.
Exterior features are pretty similar in both models. You’ll find heated exterior mirrors, integrated signal lamps, and an electrochromic driver’s side view mirror. There are also LED lamps around the vehicles: clearance lamps, bi-beam headlamps, daytime running lights, fog lamps, and premium LED rear combination lamps. You can tell those trims apart by the colour-keyed overfenders and rear bump protector on the gas model. The F Sport front grille is available for the RX 350 only, and both models can opt for a panoramic sunroof by buying an extra package.
Technology And Safety Features
Regarding technology, the gas and hybrid versions are pretty similar. You’ll get a 7-inch colour TFT multi-information display, while head-up displays are optional. Both models come with a standard 9.8-inch HD display with Lexus Interface. This feature can be upgraded to a 14-inch HD touchscreen display on available packages. There’s a lavish 12-speaker sound system, which is also a standard feature.
Safety features are the same for gas and hybrid versions. Standard features include front and rear airbags, blindspot monitoring, Intuitive Parking Assist with auto braking, and a backup camera with back guide monitors. The Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 has features like dynamic radar cruise control with curve speed management, a lane departure alert, and a pre-collision system with pedestrian, bicycle and motorcycle detectors.
